Staff here on TotalIRC BNC are picked carefully and also have an understanding with the difficulties of running an IRC network.
We therefore hope to work closely with network operators, to ensure that their policies are enforced, and that no abuse originates from within our services.
Abuse complaints
If you have evidence of such abusive behaviour, that may include advertising, flooding, clones or any other type of network-specific rule violation that is originating from our services
then please do not hesitate to contact us as soon as possible so that we can deal with the situation.
We run identd on all of our servers, so that network operators and/or channel operators are able to ban a specific user without effecting our services for other users.
We realize that abusive users may result in network wide bans that will negatively effect our users, so we try to deal with all the abuse complaints as quickly as possible.
