The following rules help mantain the quality of this service.
Due to this is a free service we need to set some ground rules.
Usage of AlphaChat BNC service is a privilige and not a right, we can deny your access at any time without prior reason.
Flooding
Flooding of any kind is strictly forbidden!
That behavior WILL NOT be tolerated. Anyone caught doing so will be REMOVED with no explanations.
If one neglects to obide to the following rules, they will loose their BNC without any prior notice:
Upon requesting a BNC you have agreed to the following rules.
Only one BNC may be requested pr uniqe applicant.
You are to keep the BNC talk in the propper BNC channel (#BNC).
You are required to connect to AlphaChat and join the channels #BNC and #Lobby. for more infomation please check the FAQ
If you are on vacation for a longer period of time, please send a request through the control panel, stating when it starts and ends.
You are required to follow the Networks rules of witch network you connect to. For more infomation check your networks website and read their motd /MOTD
You may only connect to ONE IRC network with your bouncer.
You may not resell or lend your account to anyone!
Your nick must be registered and mantained on AlphaChat with nickserv.
You are required to show at least some interest with the channels you are on
If someone is asking for help in #BNC and you think you can help him/her. Go ahead, remember we cant be around 24 hours a day
You must read the topic in #BNC (/topic #BNC), this can tell you about problems, and new stuff, neglecting to do so may result in poor support time
If the BNC you request is only for use on the AlphaChat IRC network only the following rules will apply

If your BNC is found to be inactive for a longer period of time it will be removed from the system, unless vacation mode is enabled.
We reserve the right to deny access to any BNC accounts.
We can not be held responsible for any data loss encountered while using our BNC servers, this includes, but are not limit to:
Server failure due to power surge, any kind of hardware failure, and network related problems which cause BNC inaccessibility.
If a server should become unreachable we will not provide you with another account on a secondary server, temporary or otherwise.

The short reason for these rules are obvious: Some users are retards.
